Worley is seeking a seasoned process engineering professional to lead technical activities across large and complex projects. In this role, you will oversee the development of core engineering deliverables—including PFDs, P&IDs, simulations, and design calculations—while ensuring full alignment with industry standards and client requirements. You will guide design reviews, hazard assessments, and technical evaluations, and provide expert support throughout FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning, and start‑up. A key part of the position is resolving advanced process challenges and fostering technical growth within the engineering team. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering and brings extensive experience from industrial or oil and gas environments. Strong capability in process design, simulation tools, and engineering codes is essential, along with demonstrated leadership in solving complex technical issues. Success in this role requires excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
