About JobKoyo
JobKoyo is a technology platform designed to help employers and job seekers connect directly. JobKoyo is not a recruitment agency, employer, hiring agent, or legal representative of any user.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login details secure. You must not create accounts using false, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful information.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the information, documents, CVs, job postings, applications, screening answers, company details, messages, and other content they submit through JobKoyo.
By using JobKoyo, users confirm that the information they provide is accurate, lawful, complete, and that they have the right to submit it. JobKoyo is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information submitted by users.
Job Seeker Responsibility
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profiles, CVs, applications, employment history, education details, supporting documents, and any communication with employers.
Employer Responsibility
Employers are responsible for their company information, job advertisements, hiring requirements, recruitment activities, communication with candidates, employment decisions, and compliance with applicable employment, immigration, labour, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
User Content
JobKoyo does not independently verify every employer, candidate, job posting, application, CV, document, or other user-submitted content. Users should conduct their own checks before relying on information, sharing personal details, accepting employment opportunities, or making hiring decisions.
No Employment Guarantee
JobKoyo does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, candidate availability, employer responses, successful hiring outcomes, salary offers, visa approval, work permit approval, relocation support, or any other employment-related result.
External Jobs and Third-Party Links
Some jobs may link to external websites or third-party application pages. JobKoyo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, security, or availability of third-party websites.
Prohibited Use
Users must not misuse JobKoyo, submit false or unlawful content, impersonate another person or company, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, spam users, or use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal purposes.
Account Suspension or Removal
JobKoyo may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, job postings, applications, or content if we believe they violate these Terms, harm users, create risk for the platform, or are otherwise inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobKoyo, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on user-submitted information, interactions between users, employment decisions, or third-party websites.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobKoyo, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from their use of the platform, submitted content, interactions with other users, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
Changes to These Terms
JobKoyo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
